At Bonito Shapewear International, we ensure seamless and timely delivery of our handcrafted garments. Please review our shipping policy for important details.
Order Fulfillment
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday in the order received. Selecting expedited shipping does not expedite processing.
• For expedited order processing, contact Customer Care at support@bonitoshapewear.com. Additional charges may apply.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Note our warehouse closure dates for the remainder of 2024:
o Independence Day | July 4
o Labor Day | September 2
o Thanksgiving | November 28-29
o Christmas Holiday | December 24-25
Shipping Details
• Stocked Garments: Shipped the day after order receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
• Out of Stock Garments: Handcrafted in Brazil; allow 10-12 business days for delivery.
Shipping Charges
• Domestic USA Orders: $10 S&H fee (up to 2 pounds) via USPS 2-Day Priority unless Bonito Shapewear is offering Free Shipping. Delivery may take 3 days in some metropolitan areas. Tracking included.
• Next Day Air: Available via UPS Monday to Friday at prevailing rates and for your account.
• International Deliveries: Shipping charges applied at order placement. Customer is responsible for local duties/taxes.
• All delivery schedules exclude weekends and holidays and follow carrier operating schedules.

If your items are in stock, they ship the next business day. Due to demand, if your item is not in stock, it will be placed on-order from our Brazilian tailoring facilities. Please allow 10-12 business days for your handcrafted garment(s) to arrive.
Bonito Shapewear ships worldwide, either directly or through authorized distributors in select countries. While our Brazilian HQ oversees the local market, Bonito Shapewear International LLC is the exclusive partner and distributor for Bonito & Companhia garments outside of Brazil, with only a few exceptions.
You can use a residential or workplace address for delivery, but please note we cannot ship to military addresses, hotels, restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. For security and FedEx policy, an adult over 21 must be present to accept the delivery.
If your items are in stock, they ship the next business day. If not, we'll order them from our Brazilian tailoring facilities. Please allow 10-12 business days for your handcrafted garments.
At Bonito Shapewear, we offer complimentary shipping within the USA through our 2-Day Priority Shipping service (slightly extended to 3 days for specific cities). If you need faster service, we provide Overnight delivery options at carrier rates. Please note that Overnight delivery follows the carrier's specific rules. For our international customers, shipping costs are added during checkout using approved international partners. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays, aligning with carrier schedules. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're dedicated to ensuring your orders arrive promptly and safely. Duties and Taxes on international orders are for the customer’s account.
