HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A BONITO SHAPEWEAR PURCHASE?

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return merchandise received in error, provided it's still in its original unopened packaging, within 30 days of receipt. However, we do not offer refunds for merchandise returned after this 30-day window.

  • Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all our garments are free from manufacturing flaws or defects prior to use.

  • Defective Items: Due to government regulations, any Bonito shapewear garment that has been opened or worn for any period cannot be returned unless it's found to be defective. If you encounter any defects, please contact our customer care team by filling out our Return & Exchanges form on our website.

  • Return Authorization (RA): Before returning any goods, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA). To request one, please get in touch with our customer care team at returns@BonitoShapewear.com and have your order number ready.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products to the Bonito Shapewear warehouse.

  • Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 working days from the date of RA issuance.

  • Credit Issuance: For returns, we will issue credit based on the invoice amount for the merchandise value, minus any applicable shipping fees.
