EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Bonito Shapewear International LLC Exchanges & Returns Policy 

Effective July 1, 2024

Bonito Shapewear provides medical-grade intimate apparel. This means that there are specific conditions which MUST be met to consider returns or exchanges:

1. Quality Assurance: We guarantee our garments' quality. If there is any manufacturing flaw or defect, we are here to help.

2. Return Policy: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days from order shipment date.

3. International Orders: For international orders, a non-refundable shipping fee (based on international carrier rates) will be applied at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes. Return shipping charges are also the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at returns@bonitoshapewear.com for processing.

RETURNS

• If you have ordered the wrong garment, do not worry. Unopened garments can be returned within 30 days from order shipment date. 

• Feel free to try on your garments, but please do not wear them. We suggest wearing undergarments, like pantyhose, when you try them for fit. This helps avoid any stains, odors, allergens, and avoid potential misunderstandings with our returns department. 

• Before any returns or exchanges, we carefully inspect each garment to ensure it is in perfect condition (see following clarifications). If, for any reason, a garment does not meet our inspection criteria, we will reach out via email to explain why it did not pass. If you would like the garment returned to you, we can do so at your expense, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

• Please note that returns or exchanges will not be possible for garments that have been soiled, altered, washed, worn, damaged, or carry odors, such as those from detergents, lotions, fragrances, sweat, smoke, or food. This also applies to garments indicating contact with irritants or allergens like pet hair or dander as these are medical-grade garments and must be hygienically free of any contaminants.

• Remember to keep the original labels and liners right where they are and the garments in their original packaging. Thank you for your attention to these details.

• Please note, we can only accept returns within 30 days from order shipment date.

• Go to your ACCOUNT and follow the easy steps from the Returns Portal

• Make sure to send the items back within 30 days of order shipment date. We use tracking numbers to verify deliveries. Please remember, all returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds should follow our policy. This way, you will have ample time to try on the garment for fit without wearing it in case you need to return it.

• We will issue a refund based on the invoice amount for the merchandise, minus any applicable shipping fees.

• Rest assured, our team performs quality inspections within 10 business days of receiving a returned garment.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Review our Exchange & Return Policy to ensure your item(s) strictly adhere to our conditions for return.

2. Head to your ACCOUNT on our website to initiate a return.

3. Follow the prompts and select which garment you are returning and the reason.

4. If you consider your return strictly adheres to our Exchange & Return Policy , please utilize USPS Priority Mail using a flat rate envelope, which carries insurance for your protection, and ship your garment to the following address:

We recommend keeping a copy of the return label and its tracking number until we confirm your return was received.

If you would like to exchange a garment, please follow our return policy as outlined above. Then, simply place a new order for the item you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
